An opportunity has arisen for a
27 - 30 hrs per week Patient Care Adviser
within our small and friendly team. The position is for
12 months initially
but with a possibility to becoming permanent; however, this is not guaranteed. Willow Wood Medical Practice is located within the purpose-built Houldsworth Centre, Kenilworth Avenue, Wishaw, with approximately 3600 patients, 2 GP Partners, 1 ANP, and a Practice Nurse. We require someone who can demonstrate experience of working within a GP Practice team or who can demonstrate outstanding customer care, can multitask, and possesses a willingness to learn. We are a small, friendly, and welcoming team with a longstanding reputation for excellent patient care. Duties include: Answering the telephone Arranging patient appointments Dealing with enquiries Relaying test results Generating prescriptions General administration tasks Applicants should possess excellent skills in customer care and have a compassionate, kind, and caring nature. Core hours will be
27 hrs per week
over 5 days, rising to
30 hours over 4 or 5 days from April 2025 . We require the successful candidate to be flexible to cover staff leave and absence, ideally starting at 8am Monday to Friday, with finishing times to be confirmed. How To Apply:
