We offer paid tea breaks where possible and annual staff outings to ensure the team is well looked after. Our list size is 11,500 patients with 3 practice nurses, an Enhanced Diabetes Nurse, 1 HCA, 1 phlebotomist, 1 salaried GP, overseen by 6 very supportive GP Partners. We are a training practice and fully support staff in our organisations' development.
