Patient Coordinator Chiswick £30,000 to £40,000 Plus Bonuses Are you a motivated and experienced professional in the aesthetics or luxury wellness industry? We are looking for a dynamic Patient Coordinator to join our client's team! Position Overview As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their aesthetic journeys and ensuring they have an unparalleled experience. Key Responsibilities Sales and Consultations : Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and confidently explain options and post-treatment care. Client Management : Manage inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups with professionalism. Maintain detailed client records and ensure clients feel supported throughout their journey. Operational Support : Collaborate with clinicians and therapists to coordinate appointments and assist in promotional campaigns. Administrative Duties : Handle incoming communications, manage the booking system, and maintain an organised reception area. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator or in a similar role within an aesthetics or luxury wellness environment. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in salon or clinic management software and Microsoft Office. Passionate about the aesthetics and wellness industry.
