They are looking to bring on a Customer Service Advisor either on a full time temporary contract until December 2024 to support them with a increase in customer orders.

You will:
Call out to their customers to check on stock levels, maintaining relationships and sensitively dealing with any enquiries
Maintain accurate records of the calls
Raise any safeguarding concerns

Confident in dealing with queries and questions
