As a Patient Engagement Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will: Be responsible for the improvement and stability of patient engagement activities and patient satisfaction. Act as a point of contact and respond to patient engagement inquiries from staff, external partners, and patients. Be responsible for the oversight and management of the health champion peer support model. Ensure statutory and organisational requirements are met, and that patient engagement activities are conducted frequently.
