An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of a Patient Pathway Administrator at the Enfield Community Musculoskeletal Hub. If you are looking for an interesting and varied role and would like to work as part of a friendly and busy team, this could be the position that you are looking for. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication and relationship skills to complement the existing team's high standard. You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team, external stakeholders, and non-clinical staff. The successful candidate must have a flexible approach, be reliable, well-organised, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will require high levels of tact and diplomacy with the ability to prioritise your own workload effectively to enable the efficient running of the musculoskeletal service. Main duties of the job

Essential skills

Previous experience in customer service. IT skills with MS Office. Recent experience working in NHS environment. Understanding of the role of administrator. Experience in handling complaints. Knowledge of specialty-specific pathways. Knowledge training and experience

Experience of prioritising workload. Understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data collection. Knowledge of medical policy and data confidentiality. Ability to work using own initiative. Ability to work well as part of a team. Analytical and Judgement Skills
