Are you a Registered Nurse with experience in patient safety? Our client, a leading private hospital in London, is seeking a dedicated Patient Safety & Compliance Manager to join their Clinical Governance Team. This role offers a generous salary range of

As a Patient Safety Manager, you will:

Lead patient safety initiatives across the organisation. Ensure compliance with national guidance and the clinic’s strategy. Oversee patient safety processes and maintain regulatory compliance. Support continuous quality improvement and patient outcomes. Provide professional leadership and advice on patient safety. Manage the implementation of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). Deputise for the Head of Clinical Governance when necessary.

The ideal Patient Safety Manager will have:

Registration as a General Nurse or Healthcare Professional. Experience in a governance or patient safety role within a clinical setting. Knowledge of health services and delivery of healthcare. Experience in incident management and patient safety improvement. Strong leadership skills and the ability to train staff.
