To provide administrative support to the Patient Safety Team, working closely with the Patient Safety Facilitators. To manage the Patient Safety Team Inbox ensuring all emails are categorised and flagged accordingly, and all admin emails actioned. To assist the Patient Safety Team in all aspects of the day-to-day management of incidents. To manage the process of reporting Incidents to system partners and processing feedback received. Act as a primary point of contact (via the Patient Safety Phoneline and Inbox) for incident management queries and providing solutions on an ad hoc basis. To actively track progress with incidents, incident actions and associated tasks such as CQC notifications and Duty of Candour. To provide comprehensive meeting support, including pre and post meeting admin, minute/note taking, and action logging. To provide administrative support for the roll out of training across the Sirona. Work within own competencies to assist the patient safety team and escalate issues appropriately to ensure urgent situations are addressed swiftly. Manage own workload with minimal supervision. To support Sirona in meeting the requirements of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF). To actively support and promote a restorative, just and learn culture. About us

Expert Administration skills and experience Experience of Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Experience of Ulysses, or other Incident management systems Skills and experience of meeting administration (including minute/note taking) Effective interpersonal and written communication skills (including managing phonelines) Able to prioritise time and tasks, taking into account their own deadlines and those of other people Able to work well in a team environment but also acts on own initiative, demonstrates proactivity Flexible to meet service needs Working in a health/social care or service-oriented organisation Education and Qualifications:
