We're hiring: Full Time Patient Services Administrators (Pharmaxo Healthcare) As our operations evolve to cater for an expanding market to support the NHS and deliver efficiencies, we are on the lookout for Patient Services Administrators to join our homecare team. Your role As a pivotal part of our team, you will: Be the first point of contact for our patients, scheduling deliveries and nurse visits with empathy and efficiency. Maintain meticulous records and handle sensitive patient data with the utmost confidentiality. Navigate patient queries and healthcare professional inquiries, connecting them with the right department seamlessly. Play a crucial role in managing prescription logistics, ensuring patients receive their medications accurately and promptly. Generous annual leave of 25 days + bank holidays (increasing to 27 days after 3 years service) Pension scheme – you will be auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%). You can also opt to increase your contribution to 6% to which the employer will contribute 8%.
