We are looking for a dedicated
Patient Services Executive
to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise.
Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact for patients. Ensure patients receive compassionate and expert care throughout their fertility journey. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams. Reflect the values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise in every patient interaction.
Qualifications: Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate a high level of compassion in every interaction. Attention to detail with a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction.

Location: We're based at Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6UH.
You will work between 7.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday (with some weekend working from 7.30am - 3.30pm on a rota basis).
