We are looking for a dedicated
Patient Services Executive
to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise.
Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and expert care to patients throughout their fertility journey. Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams. Ensure a high level of patient experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications: Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting. Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to demonstrate a high level of compassion in interactions. Attention to detail with a focus on patient experience.

Location: We're based at Care Tunbridge Wells Clinic, Amberley House, 9 Queen's Rd, Tunbridge Wells TN4 9LL
You will work between 08:00-18:00, Mon-Fri (we do some Saturday working on a rota basis - 1 in 4).
