Stafflex is currently recruiting for an experienced Pattern Maker on behalf of our client, a well-known woodwork manufacturer that specializes in making high-quality patterns for the castings industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models.

Proficient with computer draughting software including CAD.

Excellent fine motor skills.

Experience with measuring, snipping, milling, and cutting tools.

Detail-oriented.

Capability to work to deadlines.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Pattern Maker.

Create rough-draught templates using computer draughting software and freehand techniques.

Measure, cut, and design patterns in the material required.

Experience with measuring, snipping, milling, and cutting tools.

Detail-oriented.

Capability to work to deadlines.

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
