This Payment Operations Specialist position offers the flexibility you need with core hours from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Whether you're a student, pursuing further education, have other commitments, or simply prefer part-time work, we encourage you to apply! In this role, you will: Resolve payment issues efficiently for both dealers and sellers.

Oversee the entire payment process, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely completion.

Manage the payment support ticketing queue, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Complete work orders, approve payments, and track transactions to ensure operational efficiency.

Contribute to the administration of payment capabilities, upholding security and compliance standards.

Generate reports on the payment journey and processes to support data-driven decisions.

About you

You have a passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.

You possess excellent communication skills (phone, email, chat) and a proactive, positive approach to customer interactions.

You have meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

You are a team player with a collaborative approach and a passion for finding new and better ways to solve customer problems.

Shift schedule

The core hours for this role are Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM Flexibility for families and caregivers
