This role is based on-site at the company offices 5 days per week, working hours 8am - 5pm Key Responsibilities: Accreditation:

Update Health & Safety accreditations annually. Liaise with on-site H&S managers and manage documentation. Upload information and data, complete questionnaires, and upload evidence.

Payroll:

Manage payroll reporting, checking, and processing. Sign off agency worker timesheets and self-employed workers through StoneBridge. Process payroll weekly.

Invoicing:

Upload invoices to the system. Administer and rename files to relevant projects and suppliers. Upload invoices to Xero, line by line, and process payments.

Expenses:

Approve expenses using the Breathe HR system weekly. Perform reconciliations and process payments after approval.

Requirements: Experience in payroll and administrative tasks. Strong Excel skills. Detail-oriented and able to ensure accurate audits by governing bodies. Driven, hardworking, and dedicated to work.
