Lawrence Harvey is hiring for multiple Payroll Administrators for a client based in the Windsor area to help with the delivery of their payrolls while they hire, train and upskill an internal Payroll Permanent team.


There are 3 headcount for this role so feel free to recommend your colleagues or friends!


This is an Outside IR35 position which can be flexible on daily rates and will last for around 6 months. The client would like someone to travel to their site in Maidenhead roughly twice a week and is looking for people to start ASAP.


Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and resolve payroll-related issues.
