Position Overview: The payroll administrator at Advinia Healthcare will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and excellent communication skills to handle employee inquiries and collaborate with other departments. Key Responsibilities: Processing end-to-end, monthly payroll for high volume of headcounts, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages. Managing payroll inboxes and assisting queries. Processing new starters and leavers. Processing statutory payments. Monitoring employee data and timesheets. Generating payroll reports and reconciling for accuracy. Data management: maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Accurately calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. Employee support: address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and management. Documentation: process and maintain all necessary payroll documentation, such as p45s, p60s. Requirements: Experience: previous experience as a payroll administrator or similar role. Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations. Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, understanding of payroll and T&A systems. Attention to detail: strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Analytical skills: strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Integrity: ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills. Certification: (relevant certifications) desirable.
