Payroll Administrator . If you have a keen eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and are eager to kickstart your career in payroll administration, this opportunity is perfect for you. Responsibilities: Process and maintain payroll records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with the HR team to gather and verify employee data, including hours worked, leaves, bonuses, and deductions. Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions, while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Address employee payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Prepare and distribute payroll reports, statements, and records as required. Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll information. Stay up to date with changes in the payroll landscape, such as tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Support the Payroll Manager in various payroll-related tasks and projects. Requirements: Strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in data entry and calculations. Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high degree of professionalism. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and external stakeholders. Prior experience in payroll administration is a plus but not required. Team player mentality, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the payroll team.
