Our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator to become a key part of their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on schedule, maintaining precise payroll records, and addressing any discrepancies that may arise. The ideal candidate should have experience in payroll management, data entry, and be well-versed in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process and manage employee payroll on a timely basis. Perform data entry related to payroll, ensuring all information is correct. Review and analyse payroll data to guarantee accuracy and compliance with company policies. Oversee accounts payable tasks associated with payroll. Ensure the confidentiality of payroll information and comply with data protection regulations. Manage holiday accruals and processing. Handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Required Experience:

Payroll Administration experience or in a similar position. Comprehensive understanding of payroll procedures and relevant regulations. Proficiency with accounting software. Strong analytical skills with a knack for handling complex data. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Experience in creating and managing Excel spreadsheets.
