As a key team member, you will handle a range of tasks vital to delivering exceptional service to clients, including: Independent Payroll Management:

Administer multiple client payrolls with accuracy and efficiency, meeting strict deadlines. Legislative Expertise:

Apply your in-depth knowledge of statutory payroll legislation to handle complex manual calculations. Client and Team Support:

Build strong relationships by providing expert support to clients and colleagues on payroll-related queries. Pension Administration:

Oversee auto-enrolment compliance, including liaising with various pension providers to ensure seamless processes. Third-Party Communication:

Resolve queries with HMRC and other external bodies on behalf of clients. Billing Accuracy:

Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for all client services. Issue Management:

Identify potential issues and collaborate with the Payroll Manager to maintain proactive client communication. Team Development:

Play a pivotal role in on-boarding and mentoring junior team members. Compliance and Confidentiality:

Uphold all payroll laws and ensure the strictest confidentiality in all operations.
