Payroll Advisor Barker Munro Recruitment is pleased to be working with this growing organisation based in Kent who are seeking to add a Payroll Advisor to their team. If you are, please read on… We are looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join a thriving business in Kent. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement after initial training which would be approx. 3 months in the office. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience of Payroll Bureau and be familiar with the CIPP qualification. However, hands-on experience and understanding of payroll processes is just as valuable. Consideration will also be given to applicants who work on internal Payroll and are looking to broaden their experience. The role of Payroll Advisor requires a diligent and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for administering and processing payroll for a number of established clients, ensuring accuracy of pay and maintaining employee records. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work independently and be a motivated team player. The position offers a salary of up to £28,000 plus an attractive benefits package and bonus structure.
