Assist with financial queries and resolve any payroll issues. Prepare and maintain payroll reports for audit purposes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to the development of payroll procedures and systems. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Keep up to date with latest industry trends and best practices. The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll Analyst should have: Knowledge of Benefits In Kind and expenses analysis is desirable A thorough understanding of payroll procedures and best practices. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. What's on Offer An hourly rate of approximately £15 to £16.40, dependent on skills and experience. Hybrid working Initially a 3-month contract with possibility of extension
