Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax regulations, including PSA, P11D, P60, and international equivalents. Lead payroll system upgrades and implementations, overseeing technology selection and best practice process rollout. Process payrolls across the UK & globally. Provide guidance on technical payroll matters, such as termination payments, benefits, and statutory payments. Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers. Analyze data to address and resolve commission queries. Skills Required:
1+ years of solid UK payroll exposure. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment. Solid Excel exposure.
