Payroll Analyst – 3 month FTC – London – Hybrid – up to £65,000 per annum Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a law firm, which is seeking a Payroll Analyst on a 3 month FTC basis. This is a sole role, and will be responsible for the analysis, execution, and support of the UK payroll operations, with the flexibility of a hybrid basis, consisting of 2+ days per week in their London office. The Payroll Analyst will be assisting/overseeing such duties as: Prepare, review, analyse, and reconcile payroll related data on a monthly basis Handle complex and/or sensitive payroll requests and issues by providing exceptional customer service Perform audits and validations of payroll transactions Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity, and/or employee satisfaction Administration of pensions and benefits Key Skills: Minimum of 7 years processing UK payroll Exposure to ADP IHCM Advanced knowledge of Excel Analytical and methodical in your approach to problem solving Excellent attention to detail If you are interested in discussing this position in greater detail, please apply now.
