We’re looking for a Payroll Analyst to support payroll data collation and creation of reports. You'll be the vital link between our client and their third-party payroll partner, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will need to be comfortable with Excel, data, deadlines, and report writing. Salary:

£180 - £200 per day Pay framework:

Umbrella Company (inside IR35) Contract Length:

Hybrid. Central London Office for 2 days per week in office Key Responsibilities: Data Reporting: Gather, collate, and analyse large datasets to produce essential payroll-related reports, including overtime, departmental staffing costs, timesheets, and budget projections. Reports will be sent to suppliers, departments, and partner companies. Compliance & Benefits: Support with HMRC reporting, pensions, and other benefits management, ensuring all obligations are met. Reconciliation: Assist with reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Payroll Support: Serve as the go-to person for payroll queries. You’ll handle employee questions on payslips, timings, and other payroll matters. Excel Expertise: Advanced skills in Excel are a must. You need to be comfortable with V-LOOKUPs, What-Ifs, and other advanced formulas. Independent Worker: You’ll need to be able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and take ownership of your tasks. Deadline-Driven: With strict deadlines, you must do well under pressure, managing time effectively to meet all critical cutoffs.
