Closing Date: 03rd January 2025 Due to our continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a customer focused Payroll Assistant with excellent administration skills to become part of our Payroll team based at our Head Office in Bootle, Merseyside. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day processing of the Autism Initiatives Group payrolls. The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide strong administrative support across all payroll functions. This will include standard payroll routines such as starters/leavers, additional hours, variations, absence, statutory payments, tax codes, student loans, BACS files, payslips, and RTI submissions. To be successful in this role you will have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and effective time management skills to facilitate the meeting of tight deadlines. You will also have excellent organisational skills and a pro-active approach to work tasks in order to contribute to an excellent service to the people we support. This position is subject to an enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS). Disclosure cost will be met by Autism Initiatives. What can we offer you?
