We have an exciting opportunity in Sandwich for a Payroll Assistant to support a rapidly expanding organisation. This role is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
You will be employed on a temp-perm basis. Responsibilities
Working to support the payroll team to input timesheets for the operatives. Processing timesheets for circa 700+ operatives, ensuring payroll meets deadlines. Chasing any missing timesheets, annual leave forms, and sickness forms. Working closely with colleagues and managers to ensure queries with timesheets are resolved. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets. Using accounting SAGE software. Skills, Education and Experience required
Related experience and/or understanding required - applications from those who have just started within payroll will be considered. SAGE knowledge and experience. Confident and proficient in using Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills. Accuracy and a good eye for detail.
