Route 1 is currently looking for an internal Payroll Clerk, on either a full or part-time basis. Due to growth, we would like someone with payroll experience to join our team and assist with inputting payroll as well as raising invoices. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to: Inputting and processing payroll for 40+ clients per week, including holiday entitlements. Raising and issuing invoices. Assisting with chasing client documents. Chasing invoices and payments. Dealing with all payroll queries. Identifying mistakes with clock cards. Requirements of the role: Experience with Sage. Experience with processing payments and online banking for businesses. Computer literate. Organised and able to manage own workload. We require a candidate who is flexible with working days and is able to communicate with internal teams where missing documents or information may arise. To be successful in this role, you must have good customer service skills. Hours of work are negotiable for the right candidate. Full or part-time role is available.
