Our Eminox site requires a Payroll and Purchase Ledger clerk to cover a maternity cover for a period of 12 months at our Gainsborough site. Eminox is part of the Hexadex group of companies This is will include the following responsibilities Payroll Checking time and attendance records and co-ordinating with team leaders and managers to ensure the T&A system (Rota Horizon) is kept up to date. Maintain employee master file records in Rota Horizon and IRIS payroll including inputting sickness and holiday information. Run monthly payroll and reports to strict deadlines. Ensure timely BAC’s payments are made to each employee’s bank account on a monthly basis. Ensure each employee receives an electronic monthly payslip Keep up to date with the latest income tax rules and benefits payments. Ensure adequate payroll records are maintained in line with statutory requirements. Ensure that staff expenses are paid fortnightly on a Friday by BACS into each employee’s bank account, the company operates Concur for employee expenses. Purchase ledger Input details of expenses onto the purchase ledger with the relevant coding and cost centre. Aid with the day to day upkeep of the ledger including matching invoices to delivery notes, inputting invoices and raising any invoice queries in a timely manner. The amount of time required for this role will vary on a weekly basis so a flexible approach

is required. Reconciling supplier statements monthly. About you You must have experience of computerised payroll software and good all round computing skills. A background supporting payroll is essential · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with experience of Excel spreadsheets. ·Ideally a background spent within working within an engineering/manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of payroll systems and an understanding of HMRC rules/guidelines.
