We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced In-house International Payroll professional to join a Global Financial Services firm and growing team. The role will play a key part in the running the UK and international payrolls, as well as upcoming projects to onboard further payrolls.
The Payroll Consultant responsibilities will include:
End to end running of the UK in-house payroll, including expatriate payroll.
Support the running of international outsourced payrolls.
Support all payroll month and year end reporting activities.
Administer company benefits and pension schemes.
Ensure that all the relevant deadlines are met and that the payments are reconciled and made on time.
Support various internal and external audits.
Work closely with other internal teams including benefits, global mobility, and wider HR.
Liaise with and manage external providers, pushing back when necessary.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
Minimum 10 years payroll experience.
UK In-house payroll experience within a regulated financial services environment.
International payroll experience (France, US, & APAC would be an advantage).
Experience using ADP iHCM and Workday systems desirable.
Understanding of financial services industry and regulations essential.
Very strong communication and the confidence to challenge stakeholders and providers.
Exceptional attention to detail.
