About The Role

Are you an experienced payroll manager ready to explore a new opportunity and make a meaningful impact in a short time? We are currently looking for a Payroll Manager to join us on

12 months fixed term contract . In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and accurate running of our monthly payroll across Clear Channel International, UK, and NI. You'll manage our outsourced payroll and expenses providers, ensuring compliance with all processes and deadlines, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and service.

You'll also lead a small team, including a part-time Payroll Admin Assistant, supporting their development and ensuring the day-to-day admin tasks are covered.

You will be based at our Woking office at Duke courts working on a hybrid model alongside some travel into our vibrant Soho office (twice a month).

What Will You Be Doing...

Manage and process outsourced monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Ensure payments to employees and HMRC are made within agreed deadlines Prepare and analyse payroll reports, reconciliations, and submissions using Excel Handle annual returns to HMRC, including P14/P60s, P11Ds, and PAYE settlement agreements Act as the main contact for employee payroll and expense queries Oversee expense processing, providing training for new users and ensuring compliance Support monthly payroll journal preparation and quarterly sales commission reviews Ensure SOX compliance by reviewing processes and implementing improvements with the Finance Controller Work closely with HR to support annual bonus and salary reviews Provide guidance and performance monitoring for the Payroll Admin Assistant What are we looking for? CIPP Qualified, with a strong background in payroll management Experience working with outsourced payroll providers Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships across the business Experience with SOX compliance (preferred but not essential) What's in it for you?
