The Payroll Manager is a pivotal role within our Accounting & Finance department, responsible for overseeing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery. This role will collaborate closely with Human Resources and other departments to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the company's efficiency. Description Oversee and manage the entire payroll function within the organisation. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and distribution. Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments for payroll-related matters. Implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. Manage payroll systems and software to ensure efficient operations. Handle payroll-related queries and provide support to employees. Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management. Stay updated with the latest payroll trends and best practices in the insurance industry. Profile A successful 'Payroll Manager' should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proficiency in using payroll software and systems. Strong understanding of payroll procedures and regulations. Excellent mathematical and computational skills. Strong organisational and management skills. Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Job Offer A competitive salary range of £45,000 - £50,000.
