Core duties include: Day-to-day management of the team and processing of high volume, in-house payroll. Benefits and P11D's management. Management of the monthly pay cycle. Training and development of the Payroll Team. HMRC/payroll corrections. Annual HMRC reconciliations.
Experience required: Experience within a similar payroll manager/supervisory level role. Experience of managing, motivating, and developing staff. Exemplary UK payroll knowledge & confident running a fully in-house payroll. Sound knowledge of occupational sickness, maternity, and paternity schemes and their application.
