Company Details And Job Overview Kenton Black Finance are working with a friendly, progressive financial firm seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to work in a HYBRID OR OFFICE role from their offices in Ellesmere Port, Chester. This Payroll Manager opportunity is suitable for an experienced Payroll Manager/Supervisor possessing full end-to-end payroll processing experience, ready to join a friendly expanding firm offering a great place to work autonomously, providing mentorship, leadership, and support to a small team of Payroll Administrators. You will be dealing with a variety of both small and larger payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis ensuring the workload is delegated while also working hands-on for your client portfolio IRIS (training is provided). Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities

Processing and managing Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly payrolls via IRIS Payroll Professional (training given) Mentoring/training and delegating to a small team of administrators providing technical support Providing clients with payroll reports and updates Client communication Dealing with HMRC queries & RTI Processing SMP, SSP Competent and knowledgeable with all aspects of pensions Auto enrolment procedures Processing starters/leavers, P45/P46’s Setting up new clients Extensive client liaison/interaction BACS processing Package

The Payroll Manager will need to possess full end-to-end payroll processing experience running payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis together with team leadership/drive and desire to lead a small team. A solid knowledge of pension auto enrolment procedures is necessary to work effectively in this autonomous role. In addition, you will be overseeing and delegating workload to your team, working collaboratively to process client payrolls to deadlines.
