Role Overview

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, supporting accurate and timely payroll processing by calculating wages, managing attendance records, and maintaining detailed payroll information.

Responsibilities Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits administration, such as insurance and healthcare plans. Preparing payroll reports, summaries, and analysis. Processing new hires, terminations, promotions, and other employee status changes in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Managing end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating, and inputting payroll data for all employees. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable UK laws, regulations, and company policies while processing payroll. Monitoring and resolving any payroll discrepancies and addressing issues promptly and accurately. About You

3+ years of experience in payroll management or a similar accounting role. Proficiency with payroll processing software and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes. Excellent understanding of financial principles and the ability to reconcile payroll with financial records. Good organisational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
