Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for leading teams and driving process efficiency? JGA are seeking a talented Payroll Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering outstanding payroll services.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team of Payroll Administrators while working closely with our outsourced payroll provider, Dayforce.

Key Responsibilities: As our Payroll Manager, you will:

Mentor and support Payroll Administrators, ensuring high performance and professional development. Manage payroll data accuracy and submission deadlines, performing pre-audits and checks before processing. Oversee the relationship with our payroll provider, holding them accountable for quality and deliverables. Drive efficiency by enhancing pre-audit processes, monitoring legislative changes, and auditing policies regularly. Ensure data integrity within Dayforce, approve configuration changes, and test system upgrades.

Must-Have Skills and Experience: 5 years' payroll experience, ideally with Dayforce or similar bureau systems. Advanced Excel expertise and strong technical skills. Deep understanding of pension and auto-enrolment processes. Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
