We are working with a fantastic company based in Redhill, seeking a Payroll Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed-term basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in integrating and transferring their payroll data to a new system.
You will work closely with the People and Payroll Systems Project Manager, as well as managing a team of Payroll Officers.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include: Test and maintain payroll system accuracy Support payroll and HR system integration, ensuring accurate data transfer Manage pension data, reconciliations, and annual returns Ensure HMRC compliance and collaborate with Finance on reconciliations Supervise two payroll officers We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude as well as: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Relevant payroll experience and/or qualifications Great IT skills This is an incredible opportunity to work on a transformative project in a supportive and collaborative environment.
