JGA are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager with client, umbrella or bureau experience to join our client and lead their payroll function. The role offers hybrid working, 3 days office (2 days Manchester and 1 North Wales) and a salary of up to £45,000. Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Payroll Administrators with the end-to-end processing for a portfolio of clients. Ensure the accurate processing of tax, compliance, pensions and other statutory payments. Be the main point of contact for all clients, working with them to deliver a first-class service. Spearhead all process and system solutions, ensuring the business is working efficiently. What You'll Need:
At least 3 years previous experience with running a client payroll team. Experienced with growing a payroll function. Strong leadership skills. Knowledge of Iris Star or similar system.
