Key Responsibilities
Deliver an accurate, efficient and timely payroll service Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients Ensure that payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation Lead and support the payroll team, overseeing daily workflow Continue to develop the growth of the department Payroll year end and month end procedures Set up of new payrolls & mandatory PAYE documentation Improving internal processes
Key Attributes
In-depth technical knowledge of UK PAYE legislation Experience of payroll processing, preferably in a multi-client environment Experience managing a team Confidence to lead a team to success An approachable manner
