Your main responsibilities in this role will include: Accurate and timely delivery of fortnightly payroll for AU & NZ employees and contractors. Ensuring timesheets, leave requests, payroll changes, records and other related material are completed prior to commencement of processing the fortnightly payroll. Responding to all payroll related queries in a timely manner. Accounts payables entry, reconciliation and payments. Company credit card expense allocation and reconciliation. Accounts records daily maintenance. General assistance within the Finance & Accounts department. Assist with ad-hoc HR duties. About You Approachable and friendly, with a great sense of humour! Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel Skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated reliability and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office Suite – Word & Outlook in particular. At least 2 years’ previous experience processing end-to-end payroll.
