Payroll Officer
for our client based in Dover on a 6 month contract basis. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is adept at managing payroll processes efficiently. Payroll Officer Day-to-day of the role:
Processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy in calculations and timely disbursement. Maintaining and updating payroll records and handling payroll queries. Liaising with HR and finance departments to ensure correct employee data and payroll adjustments. Preparing reports on payroll expenses, anomalies, and other relevant metrics. Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll. Assisting in the improvement of payroll systems and procedures. Payroll Officer Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Officer or similar role. Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. High attention to detail and an ability to maintain confidentiality. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
