Client Details The client is a globally recognised leader in the retail industry, known for its premium-quality products with a strong presence in both retail and digital spaces. Description Key Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist in Fareham: Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, including statutory deductions and benefits. Submit RTI filings and ensure compliance with payroll legislation. Resolve employee payroll queries and manage onboarding and leaver processes. Maintain payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate with HR/Finance teams and identify process improvements. Profile The successful candidate for Payroll Specialist will have experience in some or all of the above responsibilities.
