In this role, you will provide payroll for the head office team, ensure compliance with payroll legislation, deliver accurate payroll monthly, oversee the payroll assistant, report to the HR Manager, and engage with outside stakeholders, including HMRC.
This role would suit a payroll specialist looking to manage a small team and the full finance function for a growing business with over 400 staff.
THE ROLE
Full payroll for head office and a range of different employees
Payroll data analysis
Compliance and adherence to all legislation
Collaborate with HR to ensure integration
THE PERSON
Payroll management in-house
Qualified by experience or partly qualified payroll qualification
Attention to detail and accuracy in delivery
Based near Leamington Spa
