Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a globally operating manufacturing business, based in Bournemouth, in their recruitment for a Payroll Specialist.

The business is renowned for their enviable open-plan offices with plentiful on-site parking and offers an extremely flexible working pattern, including 3 days a week home working. Liaising closely with the wider Finance team and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the development of the Payroll department.

Your responsibilities will include: Processing of monthly UK payroll, handling of queries and communications with the Finance & HR teams. Processing of benefits through the payroll, including Auto enrolment pension. Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Maintaining Payroll records.
