Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Ingatestone, Essex About Us: Join an excellent Accountancy Practice, that is a leading firm dedicated to providing exceptional payroll services. Main Tasks: Process client payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, 4-weekly, monthly, and annual). Complete CIS returns. Communicate with clients on pay rates, net pay, HMRC liabilities, staff changes, and deductions. Reconcile HMRC liabilities. Process net pay through client bank accounts. Submit information to pension providers (NEST, Now, Peoples Pension, Aviva, Royal London). Software: Sage for payroll. CCH for document storage. Proficiency in Excel required.
