The Payroll Specialist will be a member of the UK payroll team, reporting directly to the UK Payroll Manager, and providing support in processing both UK and international payrolls. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Process monthly payrolls for employees across multiple locations in Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Cyprus and Netherlands) and Australia, ensuring compliance with local regulations and legal standards. Coordinate with global payroll providers and internal teams, ensuring that payroll deadlines are consistently met. Support with payroll reporting for internationally mobile employees. Support the payroll team with the end-to-end processing of UK Payrolls (managed

in house

using Workday). Support with payroll related reconciliations, including multiple equity plans, benefits. Support with the payroll recharges and accounting reporting. Provide support during internal and external payroll audits. Drive efficiency and accuracy by identifying and implementing best practices in payroll processes. Maintain detailed and up to date payroll process documents. Support Payroll manager on key payroll-related projects from initiation to completion. Provide support during annual regulatory reporting projects, including P11d(b), PSA, Appendix 8, GPG, ERS. Role Requirements & Skills

Skills / Competencies

Deep understanding of global payroll regulations and tax law. Good knowledge of UK payroll regulations (PAYE, NIC, statutory absences and reporting). Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with great attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities. High levels of integrity, confidentiality, diplomacy, and resilience. Qualifications

CIPP qualification (required). Strong business skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook. Workday Payroll trained (desirable). Experience

Financial services experience. Equity (RSU, LTIPs, SAYE, ESPP). Experience of working in a demanding and busy environment, happy to work independently and handle processes end to end. Good understanding of GDPR and SOX regulations.
