Payroll Specialist

to manage and oversee payroll operations for up to 600 employees, including global payroll. This is a pivotal role within our HR and finance teams, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll for up to 600 employees, including global payroll across various countries. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reporting requirements. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all payroll processes comply with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries promptly. Work efficiently with

ADP payroll systems

to manage and process payroll data. Regularly update and maintain payroll systems, ensuring data integrity and security. Liaise with HR and finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations. Coordinate with global payroll providers and external stakeholders as needed. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of employee payroll information and any related documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role, with expertise in

global payroll

management. Demonstrable experience managing payroll for up to 600 employees. Proficiency with

ADP payroll systems

is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in multiple countries. Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with employees and external vendors. Working Arrangements: Hybrid working model with a minimum of

3 days per week
