Crewe - 5-days per week in office Job Purpose The role of Payroll Team Lead is really important to us. This position will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge of legislation in our Global offices. We operate in countries including Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France and Italy. We would love to welcome you to our Crewe HQ office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Your responsibilities day to day will be… Leading global payroll activities to a high level of accuracy. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. To provide support and guidance to employees and Managers on payroll related queries. Review the preparation of payroll changes. Ensure that all data is up to date. Provide a comprehensive customer-focused service. Ensure the operation of best practice administration, processes and procedures initiating change where needed. Deal promptly and politely with queries raised and or escalated by email or over the telephone by employees, managers and external suppliers. Maintain accurate and compliant employee files ensuring all documents are in line with the Company processes and data protection requirements. What do we expect of you? Ability to communicate in a second language would be desirable but not essential. Good organisation and prioritisation skills. Helpful, approachable and sensitive to confidentiality issues.
