Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week This role is currently once a week in London and then fully remote after April 2025. About the Role A well-known brand is looking for an exceptional Payroll Team Leader to join their team and manage a team of 2! If you have supervision experience, processed timesheets, and have managed high-volume in-house end-to-end payroll, then this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Process the payroll from start to finish for approximately 3000 employees. Manage a team of 2. Statutory payments. Check Payroll. Manage starters/leavers. Produce and send P45s. Manage pension and tax. Conduct parallel runs. Answer queries. Perform bank reconciliations. Requirements: Experience processing high-volume, in-house payroll from start to finish. Processed timesheets. Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables. High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. CIPP qualified (desirable).
