The post holder will work as a member of (PCN) Primary Care Network 3 which is made up of 7 GP practices based in North London working for their general practice team and under the supervision of the registered nurses to both organise and facilitate care to provide holistic and proactive care to patients registered at the practice.
The tasks listed in this job role could be included but are not limited to them. This role may evolve in line with the practices and PCN requirements.
Starting salary £30,000 negotiable based on experience.
*Option if interested to also work Saturday and evenings as part of an Extended Access service.*

Understanding of the scope of the role of the Nursing Associate in context of the nursing and interdisciplinary team and the organisation, and how the role may contribute to service development. Understands and acts in line with NMC professional standards for practice contained within The Code. Knowledge of when to seek advice and escalate to the appropriate professional for expert help and advice. Understand requirements for NMC professional Revalidation. Understanding of the importance of following procedures and treatment plans. Significant experience working in a healthcare environment as part of a team. Experience working as a Health Care Support Worker. Experience of using clinical systems. Qualifications
Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register. GCSE Grade A-C in Maths & English or skills level 2 Maths & English or equivalent. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
