PCN General Practitioner
Our small and friendly practice would like to welcome a newly qualified GP to our team. TASC PCN covers the market town of Axminster and the coastal town of Seaton.
The PCN General Practitioner will work as part of our well-staffed practice teams, providing on-the-day support for seeing patients with acute presentations in the three member practices and supporting home visits, including care home visits.
Furthermore, the post holder will deliver an excellent standard of clinical care, adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, and maintain a positive, collaborative working relationship with members of the practices and the wider multidisciplinary team.
